I run a variety of 1:2:1, group exercise and Pilates classes in the Blairgowrie and Strathmore Area. I am an advanced personal trainer and, with over 11 years' experience of group and individual work, I believe I can find an activity to suit everyone. My aim is to help my Clients understand their goals and give them the tools required to achieve them. I believe this understanding will enable my Clients to take their fitness forward long after they have finished working with me. I want my Clients to make long term changes to their lives.

Class Timetable:

Tuesdays:

9.30 am - 10.20am: Keep The Glens Fit at Bridge of Cally
5.15pm – 6.15pm: Gentle Pilates (St Anne's Hall, Forfar Road, Coupar Angus)
6.30-7.30pm: Intermediates' Pilates (St Anne's Hall, Forfar Road, Coupar Angus)

Wednesdays:

9.30-10.30am: Mixed Pilates (St Anne's Hall, Forfar Road, Coupar Angus)
11.00am - 12.00pm: Small Group Personal Training, Blairgowrie Physiotherapy
12.30pm - 1.00pm: Stretch out your Lunch Hour, Blairgowrie Physiotherapy

Thursdays:

9.30 am - 10.30am, Keep The Glens Fit at Blackwater Hall
11.30am-12.30pm, Gentle Pilates (St Anne's Hall, Forfar Road, Coupar Angus)
12.40pm – 13.40pm: Beginners’ Pilates (St Anne's Hall, Forfar Road, Coupar Angus)
